| Description | Shell up to ca. 1.80 mm high, fragile, translucent or opaque whitish, nearly circular to strongly posteriorly oblique (valves of some specimens strongly deformed), inequivalve and inequilateral, left valve more inflated than right valve, auricles nearly equal in size. Left valve sculptured with commarginally arranged nodules. Right valve with outer prismatic layer of commarginally elongate, hexagonal prisms. Byssal notch moderately deep. |
