| Description | Shell small up to 6.55 mm high, fragile, subcircular, nearly equivalve of sculture, equilateral, left valve slightly more convex than right valve, auricles similar in size and shape and sculpture continuous with disc, umbonal angle ca. 120 degrees, colourless, strongly transparent. Valves sculptured throughout with closely spaced commarginal lamellae, somewhat wider in right valve. Byssal fasciole narrow. Internal riblets lacking. |
